AA Pizza on Wheels is a heartfelt, family-owned business that originated from a simple hobby. Our deep love for pizza, particularly our younger son Adir’s obsession with it, served as the driving force behind our endeavour. Adir has severe autism and is a very picky eater, but if there is one thing that he goes crazy about it’s pizza.
As a kosher-keeping family residing in Hamilton, Ontario, we realized there was a void in the market for kosher pizza options. Determined to address this need, we constructed a brick oven in our backyard, where I would craft wood-fired pizzas for our family and friends during the summer months.
The joy and satisfaction I derived from this process inspired me to delve deeper into the art of pizza-making, experimenting with various dough recipes and techniques. Before I knew it, my beloved hobby had transformed into a fulfilling second career—one that satisfies taste buds and fills the void for kosher cuisine in Hamilton.
